The commercial flood damage contract for Thanet Council has now been extended to early 2023.
Therefore our temporary office in Cliftonville will remain operational throughout the duration of works.

As owner of Rochester Building and Damp, I intend to remain in Margate to oversee works until completion of the contract. Several local specialists have been employed in Thanet, so work in Medway will be unaffected. Surveys, reports and quotations in Chatham, Rochester, Strood and Gillingham will continue as usual.
